Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
- Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
- Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales, wholesales and export sales
- Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Monitor customer accounts and receivables
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage
** 5-day work week
** Shuttle bus provided at Yio Chu Kang & Ang Mo Kio MRT station
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
