With a strong commitment to quality craftmanship and customer satisfaction , we are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.

Job Summary: As a Sales Support Administrator in the Windows & Doors industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales team. You will provide essential administrative support to streamline the sales process and enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including document preparation. Communicate with customers in person, via phone and email. Schedule appointments, answer queries and provide product information. Develop an understanding of our products to effectively respond to customer queries and provide recommendations. Maintain organized records and sales reports. Coordinate appointments and Showroom visits. Contribute to exceeding sales targets by providing effective support to the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the windows and doors industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ) Attention to detail in data entry. Customer focused.

- Working Week: Part time (1 day midweek and Saturday)
- Based In: Santry Showroom
- Salary: DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
