About the role
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with Sales and Service business teams to understand business requirements and
- Collaborate with Digital solutions team and external service providers in developing and
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements to sales systems, including CRM and CPQ
- Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support end-to-end sales
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve sales and operations productivity and customer
- Support system testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales technology and digital
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with sales systems, including CRM and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ)
- Strong communication abilities with a fluency in English language.
- Strong understanding of sales and service processes, including lead-to-order and quote-to-cash.
- Experience with system development, sales processes and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively collaborate
