We're on a mission to bring comfort food to every doorstep in the city — and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our sales & support team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads
• Explain our Subscription Meal Plans, offers, and benefits
• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and convert leads into subscribers
• Handle incoming WhatsApp messages, respond to queries politely and promptly
• Take feedback from existing customers, resolve complaints or escalate to the concerned team
• Maintain and regularly update a database of:
• Active subscribers
• Upcoming renewals
• Potential customers for future follow-up
• Maintain proper call logs, follow-up schedules, and reports
• Build good rapport with customers and ensure a delightful service experience

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi (spoken)
• Should also understand, write and speak English
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service preferred
• Comfortable handling customer concerns professionally
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Must have own phone, internet, and a quiet workspace at home
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
