Job Summary
We are looking for experienced International Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives who have a proven background in selling services over the phone. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and closing sales or setting qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in telecalling or inside sales (services only)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
- Experience in selling services (digital marketing, IT, real estate, insurance, education, or similar)
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)

- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B service sales is an advantage
