Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives who have a proven background in selling services over the phone. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and closing sales or setting qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
• Explain company services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
• Maintain call records and update CRM or tracking sheets
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in telecalling or inside sales (services only)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
• Experience in selling services (digital marketing, IT, real estate, insurance, education, or similar)
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)

• Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
• Prior experience in B2C or B2B service sales is an advantage
