A Sales Trainee is an entry-level position designed to provide training in sales processes, customer service, and relationship management, ultimately preparing individuals for a successful career in sales.Key Responsibilities
- Learning Sales Processes: Sales trainees are expected to learn and master the company's sales procedures, including understanding products and services offered.
- Customer Interaction: They assist in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients, often through calls and meetings.
- Sales Support: Responsibilities include providing administrative support to sales representatives, processing orders, and maintaining records of transactions.
- Market Research: Trainees may conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
