Your role
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business success for our clients. You, along with your team, will design, configure, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions.

In this role you will:

Configure and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
Design robust data models and enhance security while leveraging Experience Cloud.
Plan and execute seamless Salesforce deployments.
Implement automation to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Develop innovative solutions tailored to the public sector's unique challenges.
Utilise Omni Studio to drive advanced development initiatives

Your profile

Experience in configuring and developing customised Salesforce solutions to address diverse business needs.
A proven track record in designing robust data models that enhance security and effectively leverage Experience Cloud.
Demonstrable expertise in planning and executing seamless Salesforce deployments.
A strong background in implementing process automation, utilising Salesforce flows and approval processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Proficiency in utilising Omni Studio
