Your role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business success for our clients. You will lead a team of 3-4, responsible for the design, configuration, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions.
In this role you will
- Play a leadership role in designing, building, testing, and deploying sophisticated Salesforce solutions, all while aligning with enterprise architectural standards.
- Scope and design impactful features and enhancements that meet diverse business needs and elevate the customer journey.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and lead the technical and solution design of the platform and its integrations.
- Work together with developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality features that align with design and architecture principles.
- Mentor and support junior developers and testers, helping them grow their skills and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in Salesforce technical design and implementation
- Strong skills in quality checking and code review
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in the public sector
- Proficiency in OmniStudio development
- Core Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform Developer I (PD1)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce certifications may include, Salesforce Industry Cloud Certification, Salesforce Architectural Certifications
- Accreditations in Experience Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Data Cloud are highly regarded
