We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Product Owner to join our Customer Service and CRM Technologies team, which is responsible for driving CRM-related development in SOK’s business units. You will play a key role in leading the development and delivery of Salesforce-based B2B business applications and supporting the continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem in our Meira Nova organization.
We work in an agile model, collaborating with several business units. In this role, you will work especially closely with Meira Nova’s organization and related IT teams.
Your responsibilities
As a Salesforce Technical Product Owner, you will:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and pain points, and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Configure and contribute to system development hands-on, not necessarily as a deep technical expert but with solid practical experience in Salesforce configuration and basic development
- Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, staying up to date on new features, releases, and best practices
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals, industry trends, and customer needs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility
- Work hand-in-hand with developers, architects, and other IT teams to provide guidance and feedback throughout the agile development process
- Review and validate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and acceptance criteria
- Communicate product status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct user testing and facilitate training sessions to ensure adoption and user satisfaction
- Evaluate the performance and impact of the product and identify opportunities for improvement
We work in a hybrid model and meet at the office at least twice a week. Our office is located at Ässäkeskus in Vallila, but you’ll visit Meira Nova in Tuusula at least once a week. In this role you will communicate in both Finnish and English environments on a professional level.
What are we looking for?
You are a proactive and experienced professional with a strong understanding of Salesforce development and business collaboration. You’re not only a leader in guiding Salesforce strategy, but also capable of hands-on configuration and development when needed.
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager in Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing CRM solutions, including workflows, automation, and integrations
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in agile teams and managing CRM-related development with multiple business functions
- A self-driven and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Professional level skills in Finnish and English
What we offer
On top of a respectful salary, superb company benefits, and the finest colleagues, this is what we offer in return:
- An opportunity to improve and influence the daily lives of S Group’s employees and millions of people.
- Influence and responsibility. Our engineers have a lot of freedom in their work, but they also live with their solutions, and so do millions of users.
- Ownership. You’re creating services directly for the end-users. You’re not visiting a project; you own the product together with your team.
- Workplace democracy. Our ways of working are not set in stone. Together we’ll continuously improve the ways of developing products and services.
- Concrete and rewarding results, that you can experience yourself by using S-Group’s services, when doing your grocery shopping, fueling, or staying in a hotel.
- Occupational healthcare, sports, and culture benefits, lunch benefits in our staff restaurant, and access to the hobby and sports facilities in Ässäkeskus.
Interested? We’ll be happy to hear from you!
Please send us your CV and an application highlighting your task-related skills by 12.11.2025 at the latest. We will actively review applications and invite the most suitable candidates for further discussion. We will notify all applicants about the decision within two weeks after the application deadline. You’ll meet our recruiter, hiring manager, and some of your colleagues during our recruitment process. The last step of our process is a suitability assessment.
