Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FMCG – General Trade)

Location: Bulandshahr, khurja, Aligarh and near by area

Employment Type: Full-time (Field-based)

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Business Owner

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive secondary sales, expand retail penetration, and manage distributor relations across assigned local grocery and general trade (Kirana) beats. The ideal candidate has strong existing relationships with local retailers and proven experience in daily route/beat planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Beat Coverage: Cover assigned daily routes (beats) systematically, executing 35–45 productive retail visits per day to book fresh stock orders.
• New Outlet Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesale counters to expand market distribution footprint.
• Secondary Sales Generation: Pitch product lines, secure primary shelf placement, and drive consistent re-orders from existing retail accounts.
• Order & Payment Coordination: Coordinate with local distributors to ensure booked orders are delivered on time, resolve retailer supply issues, and assist in payment/credit cycle follow-ups where applicable.
• Stock & Merchandising: Ensure brand visibility at retail points (counter placement, danglers, posters, clip strips) and report competitor activities, pricing changes, or promotional schemes.
• Daily Reporting: Submit daily call reports, order booking numbers, and new outlet additions via phone/sales tracking app at the end of each day.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on field sales experience in FMCG (food, spices, staples, packaged goods, or personal care).
• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local general trade routes, wholesale mandis, and established contacts with local kirana store owners.
• Mobility & Tools: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone for daily sales logging.
• Skills: Solid negotiation, local language fluency, basic arithmetic for calculation of retailer margins/schemes, disciplined time management and achieving sales target.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Intermediate; Graduate preferred.

Compensation & Perks

• Fixed Salary: ₹[15,000 – ₹20,000] per month as per Sales Target.
• Growth: Opportunity to step up to Senior Sales Representative or Area Sales Manager as territory expands

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
