Salon Coordinator
Batik Hair Studio is now recruiting for the position of Salon Coordinator.
This an excellent opportunity in a busy salon in Rathmines.
Batik Hair Studio is a popular and bustling salon in the heart of Rathmines providing blowdries, colour, haircuts and extensions. We will soon be expanding into specialized hair services and beauty treatments .
The Role:
-Ensure the smooth running of the salon
-Appointment scheduling
-Administration tasks
-Online correspondence i.e. emails, Instagram messages
- Managing staff rosters and annual leave
-Build positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
- Must have experience in a customer service role
- Must have a interest in the hair and beauty industry
- Must be a confident communicator
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have good organization skills
- Must have strong ability to multitask
- Must be be team work orientated
- Experience working in the hair industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Phorest Salon software is a bonus
