As salon coordinator for Zeba, you are responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring a smooth flow of activities within the salon.

Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: The salon coordinator handles client bookings, manages the salon's appointment calendar, and ensures that appointments are properly scheduled and organized.
• Customer Service: They provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting clients, answering their queries and addressing any concerns or issues they might have.
• Reception Duties: The salon coordinator manages the reception area, welcomes clients, checks them in and directs them to the appropriate stylists.
• Communication: They act as a liasion between clients and salon staff, relaying messages, requests and instructions accurately and promptly.
• Cash handling: they handle cash transactions, process payments and ensure end of day cashing up is accurate.

Ideal Candidate:

• Organization skills: A salon coordinator for Zeba should be highly organised and detail orientated, capable of managing appointments schedules and salon operations efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients and salon staff.
• Customer service orientated: Provide exceptional customer service. You should be friendly and approachable and have a genuine desire to meet and greet client expectations.
• Experience in a busy salon preferred.
• Experience using a booking system (Phorest preffered)
• Passion to work within the beauty

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
