Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team
- Must be Team Oriented, dynamic and flexible
- Has a good understanding of the hair and beauty industry
Requirements:
At least two to three years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling environment with strong supervisory skills are necessary.
You must be eligible to work in Ireland with fluent English while coordinating the clients visit to the salon.
They must be a confident communicator and demonstrate excellent interaction skills to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of service.
Experience in hairdressing is not required for this role!
Primary Duties
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the reception area and supervision of the salon
You must be a confident communicator
Maintaining and developing positive relationships with existing and new clients in person and via telephone
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Cash management
Ability to use Social Media mainly facebook
Genuine interest in business goals
Demonstrate strong sales skills
Stock control
Ideal Candidate:
This role requires a dynamic person who has the ability to multitask and is computer literate with a genuine interest in the hair and beauty industry
Must be able to work well under pressure
Is good at motivating and inspiring staff
This is a part-time position
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00-€41,083.59 per year
Work Location: In person
