FMN Studios is a luxury hair and makeup salon based in Mungret, Limerick. Owned by Award-Winning MUA Fiona McNamara, our team specialise in hair, makeup, beauty, and bridal services. We're seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organised Operations Manager to work part-time, 3 days per week, managing the operations of our luxury salon in Mungret, Limerick. The ideal candidate will assist the achieving salon goals & targets, and assisting with day-to-day operations & marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Managing bridal bookings, consultations and email communications
• Liaising with suppliers and stockists
• Liaising with marketing team for the long-term brand goals
• Overseeing day-to-day offers and marketing initiatives
• Managing product orders and inventory
• Deep diving into KPIs, accounts, budgets, and business focuses
• Assisting with staff hiring and ongoing marketing efforts
• Managing the in-house team

Required Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational background
• Past Experience in Operations Role (salon not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business operations management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in standard office software

This position will be a part-time, minimum of 3 days per week, from our Salon in Mungret, Co.Limerick.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
