Screen Printing Press Assistant

We’re a fast-paced, customer-first apparel decoration studio looking for a Screen Printing Press Assistant who’s ready to get their hands dirty (literally) and be part of creating apparel people love to wear.

What You’ll Do:

• Ink Mixing – Measure and mix custom water-based ink colors to match design specs.
• Screen Prep & Reclaiming – Coat, burn, clean, and reclaim screens for upcoming jobs.
• Garment Counting & Organization – Receive and count shirts before and after production.
• On/Off Press Support – Help load/unload garments, maintain flow during press runs, and assist the lead printer.
• Clean-Up & Maintenance – Keep our print floor clean, organized, and ready for the next job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• A team player with a great attitude — we run on collaboration.
• Experience in screen printing is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
