You will be joining our busy Invercargill Sealing Crew’s where your primary responsibilities will be to lead a Chip Sealing team, work directly with bituminous products and on occasion operate heavy plant including Sprayers, Rollers, Loaders and Class 2-4 Trucks.
In addition to the above you will:
- Work on various projects for internal and external customers
- Liaise with other foreman/supervisors and managers within the region
- Primary work around the Southland area, but on occasion lend a hand in our neighbouring regions.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Outstanding team leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, managers, and clients as needed.
- Forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset, maintaining composure when unexpected events occur.
- Experience in aspects of Chipsealing, including current specifications and best practices.
- Class 2 Driver's Licence with WTR endorsements.
- Flexibility in day-to-day workflow, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety, always leading the team by example.
- Organised and systematic approach to managing your working environment
