We’re hiring multiple Patrol Officers to join our team. This is more than just a job it’s an opportunity to become a trusted presence in your community, to gain valuable hands-on experience, and to grow with a company that values its people.

As a patrol officer with Nightwatch, you’ll be the face of our organization out in the field. You’ll conduct mobile and foot patrols of client properties, respond to alarms and emergencies, deter suspicious activity, and interact with clients and members of the public. It’s a role that demands professionalism, alertness, and strong communication skills but it also offers variety, independence, and purpose.

We’re looking for people who take pride in how they present themselves. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, de-escalate tense situations, and follow direction from supervisors. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential.

To join our team, you’ll need a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and a Basic Security License. If you don’t yet have your license, we can help you through the process, but it must be obtained before you begin work. All new hires will attend a comprehensive, two-week training program, covering everything from patrol procedures to emergency response and professional conduct. Those who complete training successfully will be offered a full-time position.

We especially welcome recent graduates of the TRU Police and Justice Program, or those who’ve completed training at a recognized police, corrections, or security college this is a great opportunity to gain real-world patrol experience in a supportive and disciplined environment.
