Semi Independent Living Worker job opportunity

We require a part-time (30 hours per week) Semi-Independent Living worker. Must be flexible and able to work, days, evenings and every second weekend ( some split shifts required). Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities would be an asset but we are willing to train a suitable candidate. The SIL worker will assist individuals with a developmental disability to maintain their apartments, budgeting(basic math skills required), meal prep/cooking, arranging transportation, social outings and many other life skills. Must have a keen attention to detail.

Must have a current criminal records check, valid driver’s license with drivers abstract, a reliable vehicle, Current CPR/ First aid (or willing to obtain it).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
