The Opportunity
Do you want to make an impact and lead strategic client relationships at the intersection of science, AI, and industry? Creme Global is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage partnerships with blue-chip multinationals, trade bodies, and international regulators.
In this senior client-facing role, you’ll:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Scope and deliver tailored, high-impact data science solutions.
- Drive business development and strategic account growth.
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver complex projects with global visibility.
This position offers international exposure, senior responsibility, and potential for career progression as Creme Global continues to grow.
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Manage and grow relationships with multinational clients and membership-based groups, primarily in the USA and Europe.
- Act as a consultative partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities, scope solutions, and prepare proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account planning.
Project Alignment
- Collaborate with Project Management and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Align on timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Industry Engagement
- Represent Creme Global at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Support thought leadership through speaking opportunities, webinars, and community-building initiatives.
Other
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the company’s CRM.
- Travel up to 15% (primarily USA and Europe).
- Attend the Dublin office at least two days per week.
Profile Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international account management within complex, global organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree (science, engineering, or related discipline).
- Proven track record of managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or data-driven solutions (AI/ML highly valued).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and performance orientation.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with regulations in food safety or cosmetics.
- Experience preparing and winning complex proposals, RFPs/RFQs, or tenders.
