Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a consistently high standard.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Support and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff during service.
Ensure efficient service during high-volume trading periods.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the bar.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist management with opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong cocktail knowledge and experience working in a high-volume venue.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
Valid permission to work in Ireland.
