In this role, you'll partner with the business to drive impactful people strategies, support organisational change, and deliver people initiatives that empower our teams to thrive.

  • Drive engagement survey action planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage and support day-to-day operational P&C needs, including performance management, investigations, employee relations, and change management.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Senior Business Partner with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is a constant.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and implement large-scale change initiatives.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business-aligned people strategies.
  • Competent in using engagement survey software and end to end processes
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams to enhance leadership capability.
  • A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.
  • A balance of curiosity, courage, and compassion, championing a people-centric approach while achieving business outcomes.

What You'll Get:

  • Supportive leadership and a team that sets you up for success
  • A creative, collaborative, and innovative work environment
  • The chance to make a tangible impact on NZ's most-loved media brands
  • Health and wellbeing support with our free wellness platform
  • Fluffy Fridays - bring your dog to work! Woof!
