Senior Business Partner - People & Culture

In this role, you'll partner with the business to drive impactful people strategies, support organisational change, and deliver people initiatives that empower our teams to thrive.
What You'll Do
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture (P&C), you will serve as a trusted P&C Business Partner, sitting alongside leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and people-focused solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a change agent, driving organisational effectiveness and implementing new people initiatives.
- Develop and implement proactive people plans for each division, leveraging insights from engagement surveys.
- Lead cyclical processes such as performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and talent planning.
- Drive engagement survey action planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and support day-to-day operational P&C needs, including performance management, investigations, employee relations, and change management.
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives to empower our team to grow in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Senior Business Partner with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is a constant.
- Significant employment relations expertise, with strong knowledge of employment law and dispute resolution.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and implement large-scale change initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business-aligned people strategies.
- Competent in using engagement survey software and end to end processes
- Experience in leading and coaching teams to enhance leadership capability.
- A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.
- A balance of curiosity, courage, and compassion, championing a people-centric approach while achieving business outcomes.
