Pat Loftus Construction is seeking a experienced site manager for an upcoming building projects in the midlands area.
The successful candidate will be hands on with site crews and subcontractors to manage the daily construction activities, maintain safety, productivity and ensuring the quality of workmanship.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced foremen with relevant residential, school and other public building works experience.
Responsibilities include;
- Responsible for the day to day operations of site(s).
- Responsible for management of the construction site personnel, including sub-contractors.
- Drives productivity across all teams (direct staff) and sub-contractors
- Quality control on site activities. Quality monitoring.
- Oversee the running of site with regards to health & safety.
Preferred Skills:
Site management, Construction management, Setting Out , MSIC, trade discipline, machinery tickets Construction, Project Management
