What you’ll Do:
Teckro is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager to act as a hands‑on, senior individual contributor within our go‑to‑market team.
This role is explicitly execution‑focused. Once ramped, you will be expected to independently own and deliver high‑quality content that supports audience growth and sales progression across the funnel. You will take direction from GTM leadership, translate that direction into clear content outputs, and execute consistently without the need for close supervision.
This is not a people‑management role. Success will be measured by content shipped and business impact delivered, not team size, strategy decks, or thought leadership in isolation.
A core requirement of this role is advanced, practical use of AI in content production, alongside strong hands‑on capability in HubSpot execution and integrated content marketing reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Output & Execution
- Own and deliver content that directly supports audience growth, lead nurturing, and sales progression.
- Produce high‑quality content across key formats including website copy, long‑form assets, short‑form content, email, lifecycle content, and sales enablement materials.
- Take strategic and commercial direction and translate it into clear, executable content.
- Operate with a strong bias toward delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Content Systems & Scale
- Run a repeatable content production engine that balances quality, speed, and consistency.
- Repurpose core themes and assets across channels and formats to maximise reach and efficiency.
- Maintain and apply brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all output.
AI‑Enabled Content Production (Critical)
- Use AI as an integrated part of your day‑to‑day content workflow, not as a novelty or shortcut.
- Apply strong editorial judgement to determine where AI adds value and where human input is required.
- Develop and use prompts, templates, and review processes that enable high‑quality content at scale.

Actively manage risks associated with AI‑assisted content, including accuracy, tone, trust, and compliance. - Be able to demonstrate real examples of content systems or workflows you have personally executed using AI.
HubSpot Execution & Reporting
- Execute content marketing activity directly within HubSpot, including email, lifecycle, and campaign‑based content.
- Work with integrated content marketing reporting to show how content supports audience growth, engagement quality, and sales progression.
- Track and interpret content performance across channels and funnel stages using HubSpot and related analytics tools.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Experience & Capability
- Ability to produce attention-grabbing content aimed at decision makers.
- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing or a closely related role.
- Track record as a hands‑on content producer with ownership of output.
- Experience operating in B2B, SaaS, or complex environments is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable producing content for multiple audiences and stages of the funnel.
AI Capability (Non‑Negotiable)
- Strong, demonstrable experience using AI tools as part of your own content production process.
- Clear understanding of the limitations and risks of AI‑generated content.
- Ability to explain how AI has improved content quality, consistency, or scale in your work.
Marketing Systems & Reporting
- Hands‑on experience executing content marketing activity in HubSpot.
- Practical understanding of how content performance is measured and reported across the funnel.
Location and Travel:
(Dublin or easily commutable to our Dublin office)
- Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, currently this is set to 3 days per week onsite.
- Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
- We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
- Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
