We’re looking for a new Senior Digital Designer to join iheed, part of Cambridge Education Group, for a period of 12 months.

The Senior Digital Designer is a creative and strategic individual who plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the company's digital presence. They will ensure high-quality design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, brochures and other digital platforms. Key channels for designs include Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Display ads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, proficiency in digital design tools and a deep understanding of design principles and branding guidelines.

In this role you will be joining a successful team that delivers online medical education programmes to healthcare professionals seeking to upskill and strategically progress their careers.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create visual assets including digital ads, banners, social media ads, email templates, programme brochures, website layouts, and other marketing collateral.
• Design high-impact campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages, engage target audiences, and drive desired actions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
• Source images for new assets, ensuring alignment with brand, course guidelines and project goals.
• Create a high volume of ads for social media and Google channels and for A/B testing.
• Develop a new suite of assets for all 13 programmes and any new programmes introduced.

Key experience & skills required:

• Significant experience of working in a digital design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various digital platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Experience and proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA).
• Experience and confidence in using content management systems (CMS).
• Experience of working creatively within brand guidelines to create visual assets including digital ads, banners, social media ads, email templates, programme brochures, website layouts, and other marketing collateral.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: €55,000.00 per year
