With 120+ new locations launching, millions of daily impressions, and cutting-edge analytics including facial recognition, demographic profiling, and emotional response tracking, we’re changing how brands connect with audiences.

We’re now seeking an ambitious, energetic, and driven Senior Digital Advertising & Executive to join our team and lead growth in the next chapter of our journey.

What You’ll Do

• Drive MOM revenue growth by bringing your existing clients to NLB and cultivating new high-value relationships.
• Develop and deliver impactful DOOH and digital campaigns across our expanding national network.
• Support Digital Media sales with Printed media and Data Solutions to create a Turn Key Solution.
• Work closely with agencies and direct brands to understand objectives and tailor solutions.
• Leverage data insights, AI analytics, and performance reporting to prove value and ROI.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering creative, innovative, and measurable campaigns.
• Be a key player in NLB’s rapid growth, helping shape our sales and marketing strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years’ proven experience in media sales, digital advertising, or DOOH.
• A strong portfolio of client relationships you can activate immediately.
• Highly ambitious, energetic, and motivated by performance and growth.
• Strong understanding of programmatic, DOOH, or data-driven media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow alongside a scaling business.

Pay: €40,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
