Senior Product Owner - Hybrid Digital Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery for new and existing product areas - clinical workflow mapping to requirement definition.
- Translate market, customer and clinical needs into clear, actionable Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria and prototypes.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand hybrid workflows, offline dependencies, and service delivery constraints.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing strategic goals, commercial priorities, compliance and engineering capacity.
- Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure roadmap alignment and high-quality deployments.
- Own feature readiness, from UAT through to release planning and launch communication.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet clinical, patient and operational expectations.
- Analyse usage data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identity improvements and inform roadmaps decisions.
Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years experience in product delivery in a B2B or B2C multi-product company building global customer-facing products.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies.
- You will have worked with development teams, led rituals, and written specifications.
- Ability to own, prioritise and manage product backlogs.
- Excellent user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English written and spoken essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to confidently present and influence senior management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager is a MUST.
- Experience delivering products that combine digital interfaces with real-world operational workflows (e.g., clinics, pharmacies, logistics, retail, diagnostics).
- Ability to write high-quality PRDs, Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Evidence of core product management experience, working with stakeholders, design and engineering.
- Highly self-motivated, curious and customer-focused.
- Able to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience working in a multi-product environment.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare business.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, telemedicine or regulated environments.
- Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-brand product environments.
- Comfort working with enterprise customers and participating in customer-facing requirements discussions.
Education & Attributes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Design, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Curious, empathetic, and committed to improving the clinician and patient experience.
- Able to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
