An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the dynamic team at Bohan Hyland & Associates, based in South Dublin. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a minimum of three years' experience in residential property management, who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to manage their own portfolio, while also benefiting from a collaborative, supportive team environment. This role also includes leadership responsibilities to guide and support junior property managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of Residential Owners’ Management Companies (OMCs).
- Carry out regular site inspections, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, insurance, health and safety, and all legal obligations for managed sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Board members, owners, residents, and contractors.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, AGMs, and contractor site visits.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage budgets; collaborate with accounts team to monitor spending and assist in arrears recovery.
- Manage third-party service providers (e.g., cleaning, waste, landscaping), ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.
- Work closely with the internal operations team to handle daily property-related issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior property managers, promoting professional development and maintaining quality standards across the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Property Manager in a busy agency environment.
- Proven team leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Hold a valid PSRA License (Class D).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Working knowledge of Blockman or similar property management software is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
