We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin and build a long-term relationship. You will take ownership of the commercial aspects of a key / major project in the Dublin Region - working closely with the Managing QS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for commercial management and reporting on the project
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the Managing QS
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across the project team
- Support project delivery by monitoring costs, budgets, and financial performance
- Prepare and review commercial documentation, including valuations, claims, and variations
Requirements:
- 8-10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a Tier 1/Tier 2 Irish contractor (residential or large-scale projects preferred)
- Degree qualified e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Strong commercial management and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
