Job Summary

Toyota Long Mile requires a full-time experienced sales executive for a busy Franchised Dealer in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a natural born seller, have an in-depth understanding of the market, a positive approach along with a passion for people and excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate should be extremely well organized and able to work within a team environment. You must also have excellent attention to detail, be customer focused and flexible to be able to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy garage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding targets, achieving maximum profitability on sales of used vehicles
  • Be familiar with all finance products
  • To ensure the highest degree of customer service at all times
  • Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and immaculate presentation.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Have a smart appearance with a polite and professional demeanour
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation
  • High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
  • Be confident in the use of computers and have an excellent phone manner
  • Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Have the ability to discuss customer needs and advise on the most suitable vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years Sales Experience
  • A full and valid Irish driving licence

Pay: €50,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
