Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate daily operations among subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to optimize workflow
- Utilize construction management software such as ConstructionOnline and Google for project tracking and documentation
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Prepare and review construction estimates, schedules, and progress reports
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with site personnel
- Manage change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project documentation
- Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in construction management or related fields
- Proficiency in construction management software including ConstructionOnline, Google, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and quality control procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes within construction projects
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related disciplines are preferred

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
