We are now looking for a Senior Specialist / Manager, Treasury Cash Management to join our Cash Management team at UPM Treasury and Risk Management department in Helsinki, Finland .
UPM Group Treasury in Helsinki is responsible for Liquidity, FX and Interest rate risk management, Funding and Cash Management. Treasury also operates UPM Internal Bank.

Welcome to join the Treasury team! We are a group of Treasury professionals with a mission to provide world-class quality services for the UPM Group. We are looking for a new team member who can take a key role in developing cash management processes to higher efficiency and quality. What you will do
In this position, you will take on a wide range of interesting responsibilities in the cash management area . You will be involved in many global processes including payments, banking connectivity, customer collections and liquidity forecasting together with f inance operations and UPM businesses. You will also have an opportunity to further develop our cash management analytics enabling better visibility on our performance.
Your tasks will include:
Develop ing cash management processes, systems, and ways of working
Participat ing in ERP and other UPM level or Treasury projects with banks and service providers
Taking responsibility of cash management analytics solutions
P articipat ing in banking RFP’s and banking services governance
Developing t reasury risk management processes with cash management insight
Support ing back-office and Internal Bank continuous development
Who you are
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in cash management or Treasury /Finance processes
You have e xperience with SAP FICO, Cash Management, IHC, and Treasury systems
You have a s olid understanding of treasury , financial processes , accounting , and compliance
You have an a nalytical mindset and ability to solve complex challenges
You have s trong IT skills , including analytics and Power BI
You are e xperience d in project work , ideally with project leadership
You have a d eveloper mindset and motivation to learn
You are c ollaborative team player , fluent in both English and Finnish
