About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Technician to support our Product Development team in the creation and optimization of new products within the Pharma category and Smoke Free Products category. You will play a key role in both lab-scale and full-scale development, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality results. This position involves hands-on work with various applications, including powders and tablets, and requires strong collaboration with Development Scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and document trials in the Product Development Laboratory as part of development projects in close collaboration with Development Scientists.
Operate and maintain equipment in the Product Development Laboratory for product trials, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
Support full-scale trials related to development projects.
Share responsibility for maintaining order and structure in the Product Development Laboratory.
Conduct GMP-compliant production in the Product Development Laboratory in close collaboration with the responsible Scientist.
Your Profile:
Experience in laboratory work and handling technical equipment, preferable experience with tableting and powderblends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of GMP standards and process optimization is an advantage.
Familiarity with powder and tablet applications is a plus.
