Responsibilities include keyword research, content optimization, link building, competitor analysis, and reporting on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. - On-Page SEO: Optimize website structure, meta tags (titles/descriptions), and content to improve user engagement and search engine relevance.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords to drive targeted traffic, including, short-form and long-form phrases.
- Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, improve site speed, ensure proper indexation, and implement schema markup.
- Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and manage, and remove, toxic backlinks.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and align it with target keywords.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of how search engines work.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development, along with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
- Content Writing: Strong, persuasive writing skills for creating Meta descriptions and optimizing content.
