The Quarterdeck Restaurant on historic Main Street in Falmouth is looking to hire experienced servers. This is a part-time year round position with a mix of day and evening shifts. As a server we expect these things:

Have a positive attitude with your co-workers and guests
Bring a passion for food service to your tables each shift
Educate co-workers and have an open mind to learning something new as well
Liquor and wine knowledge are a must for us. We promote featured items from the bar regularly and need you to upsell those items to the guest.
Work efficiently and safely
Flexibility is key

Must have a valid Tips certification.
