We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. We are an independent family owned business. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the CAKE POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Provide assistance to guests regarding menu selections and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
