The Wild Horse Casino & Lounge, which is located out at Evergreen Park, is looking for experienced servers/bartenders.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable experiences to our guests by providing top-notch service and crafting delicious beverages. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing exceptional hospitality throughout their dining or lounge experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar area, tables, and service stations.
• Uphold alcohol serving laws and regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area, cash handling, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or lounge setting.
• ProServe certification or equivalent responsible alcohol service training.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing cocktails and serving wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
