Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing
- Update customers on repair status and delivery time
- Promote additional services and value-added products
- Ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as Service Advisor (Automobile industry)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience
- Ability to achieve service targets and upsell services
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
