Job Role

We are looking for a Car Service Advisor / Vehicle Inspection Executive who will handle vehicle inspections, service advising, and delivery preparation for both new and used cars across Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong automotive knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to identify mechanical or cosmetic issues in vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for new and used vehicles across Pune
• Conduct technical checks and basic diagnostics before vehicle delivery
• Ensure delivery vehicles are mechanically and technically ready
• Inspect customer vehicles that come to AutoGenius for servicing
• Identify and recommend required work such as:
• accidental repairs
• paintwork issues
• brake wear and tear
• suspension or mechanical issues
• cosmetic defects or maintenance needs
• Explain inspection findings and advise customers on necessary repairs or servicing
• Coordinate with the AutoGenius team for vehicle preparation and detailing
• Maintain inspection reports and documentation
• Ensure high standards of vehicle readiness before handover

Requirements

• Good knowledge of cars and automotive systems
• Experience in vehicle inspection, service advising, or workshop roles preferred
• Ability to travel across Pune for vehicle inspections
• Basic understanding of car servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented personality
• Valid driving license

Preferred Background

• Experience in car workshops, dealerships, or service centers
• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or relevant practical experience
