Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
• Upsell appropriate additional services or products that benefit the customer's vehicle and driving experience.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
• Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and repair histories to support ongoing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising.
• Mechanical experience or strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles to effectively communicate repair needs.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
• Experience in upselling services or products to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and familiarity with dealership operations is highly preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
