Service BDC Agent

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling all Dealer Direct/ On star Appointment requests

· Conducting Follow up calls

· Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently

· Taking inbound and outbound phone calls

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to details

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with automotive service software is a plus)

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/ hr Depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
