We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Service Catalogue Designer / Specialist
to lead the creation, publication, and ongoing optimisation of Enterprise Business (EB) service catalogues. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our catalogues reflect contracted customer services accurately, while also enabling automation, faster fulfilment, and reduced cost-to-serve.
This position sits at the heart of EB’s transformation efforts—collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Transitions, and Delivery to drive service reuse, consistency, and operational enablement through well-structured catalogue offerings. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping how new product services are tested, documented, and published into platforms like ServiceNow
Your Day-to-Day:
Define and maintain the structure of the EB Service Catalogue, ensuring services are accurately represented, aligned to contracts, and reusable across accounts.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Transitions teams to align service entries with delivery and operational expectations.
Manage catalogue documentation, workflows, templates, and wireframes for product constructs, ensuring new services are efficiently published and maintained.
Oversee UAT testing and readiness for newly onboarded services into the catalogue ecosystem.
Use tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel to govern catalogue quality, interface with platform teams, and drive reporting and improvements.
Monitor operational usage of catalogues and lead efforts to optimise accuracy, reduce fulfilment time, and support EB’s automation goals.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Managed Services or a service operations environment, with a focus on network, voice, or ICT service delivery.
Experience managing or contributing to enterprise-level Service Catalogues, ideally in ServiceNow.
Proficient in Jira, Excel (intermediate/advanced), and familiar with UAT processes and structured testing approaches.
ITIL V3 Foundation certification required; tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, or similar fields desirable.
Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
Exposure to commercial and contractual considerations relating to catalogue services highly regarded.
