JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial machinery and equipment at customer locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, inspect, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation-related issues.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Support customers with machine operation and basic technical guidance.
Identify machine faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback reports.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex troubleshooting and spare-parts requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
Travel across India to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in installation, service, maintenance, or troubleshooting of industrial machines.
Experience with laser, CNC, automation, or similar industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and automation.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings/manuals.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
