Apply now for the role of Service Marketing Solutions Professional and you will work closely with the wider business to strengthen relationships with healthcare customers and drive value through our long-term service contracts.

About the role:

• Manage service contract renewals and identify opportunities for consolidation and growth
• Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and deliver tailored business insights
• Support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans
• Contribute to service marketing plans and ensure successful implementation across stakeholders

About you:

• Tafe or university qualifications in medical, engineering/technology, or business (healthcare background preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry
• Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets
• Willingness to travel occasionally
