This position reports to our Service Manager, primarily servicing residential, commercial and our sister renovation company, DBK.

Additionally, you may be required to service small commercial projects, which would report to a Project Manager as opposed to the Service Manager. This is how we maintain full hours for every Service Plumber!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows, but not limited to:

• Willing to work in all aspects of the Plumbing Trade (Residential, small commercial to high rise building)
• Must be able to see job through from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Must be clean and presentable.
• Must be able to organize materials/tools/equipment for a project
• Complete Customer billing/payments on an iPad application.
• Complete Health and Safety paperwork
• Ability to quote jobs is an asset.

Requirements:

• Journeyman license
• On-Call rotational program (approximately one week each month)
• French language is an asset (written and verbal)
• Gas License is an Asset
• Backflow Preventer Certificate is an Asset
• Must have a driver’s license with clean drivers abstract Clean driving record
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work days, evenings, nights and weekends and/or stat holidays
• Always work in a safe manner
• Elevated Health & Safety standards
• Able to successfully attain a government security clearance (Reliability or Secret)

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
