You will join the LPT Service Portfolio team – a specialized group of seven service product managers, primarily based in Denmark, with one colleague in Canada. This is a close-knit, cross-continental team focused on developing future-ready service solutions and scaling innovations in an environment that offers flexibility, high ambitions, and direct executive visibility.

As Service Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end development of sustainability service products that define GEA’s commercial offerings. This role blends product ownership with strategic execution – from idea to scaling.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop and manage a part of the portfolio focusing on sustainable service products that meet customer needs and GEA’s strategy on championing sustainability
• Find and deliver service solutions with high impact into a global organization
• Measure the performance and success of product launch, product lifecycle performance and the ability to reach product sales targets
• Define product roadmaps, scalable models and roll-outs that generate recurring revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing and R&D to ensure lifecycle alignment
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize commercialization of services
• Equip Sales & Service with enablement tools (one‑pagers, configurators, catalog entries, and training) so sustainability benefits are consistently positioned in opportunities and SLAs
• Create a uniform platform for LPT’s sustainability offerings
• Drive cross‑functional product management with other divisions (HRT), technology experts and regional teams
• Create circular business models (XaaS, EaaS, etc.) and support the product management team in incorporating new and improved business models.

With your mix of experience, analytical mindset and collaborative nature, you are ready to take ownership and move products forward in a complex global set-up.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• Hold a master in Business, Engineering or related field
• Have at least five years of experience in commercial product management or service business transformation
• Highly driven and proven track record of high performance in relevant domains
• Are commercially focused, self-driven and work well in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in service development, with the ability to establish clear and robust directions for sustainability initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with global influence.
