Job Opportunity: Automotive Technician

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour, with additional bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to:
  • Oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, tire mounting.
  • Battery tests and installations, small bulb replacements.
  • Complete vehicle inspections, diagnostics, AC repair, recall work.
• Some lifting required (up to 75-100 lbs).
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and dealership procedures.
• Complete technical training assigned by management.
• Produce high-quality work with pride and attention to detail.
• Use shop supplies and materials efficiently and economically.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Return customers' vehicles in the same condition as when they were dropped off.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and uniform policies.
• Communicate with team members and management to meet customer needs.
• Report any safety or operational concerns to management.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and drug testing to qualify for employment.

• 2 years of automotive technician experience is required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to squat, bend, and stand throughout the workday
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
