We are a team of healthcare and administrative professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine, mobile services, executive health screening and imaging centers. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Business Excellence to join our Health Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operational excellence through project management, process improvements, and product ownership of health services while ensuring efficient service delivery across our healthcare network.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with good analytical capabilities, demonstrate strong project coordination skills, and possess the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. This individual should be proactive, adaptable to change, and have good business acumen.

This role is based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Assistant Manager of Business Excellence.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows :

• New Program Management/Launches: Identify new business opportunities through data, assist and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare based strategic programs across various divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of program components and alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor program performance and milestones, assist business leaders in making data-driven decisions to drive successful outcomes.
• Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements across divisions / departments and assist in developing strategies to optimize processes. Apply Lean or other methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Management: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and program delivery metrics. Analyze KPI data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Implement action plans to address gaps and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Health Product and Pricing: Own and manage existing health products including reviewing pricing and benchmarking at regular intervals. Provide recommendations if pricing adjustment is required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or healthcare related fields
• 2-3 years of business/operations experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Basic project management knowledge and experience; certifications are a plus
• Experience in product/service management
• Ability to conduct market analysis and feasibility studies
• Experience in coordinating projects
• Understanding of business operations and process improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis tools; Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Quick learner with a passion for healthcare
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
