Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Hindi-speaking manpower.
- Handle daily manpower deployment, attendance, and shift coordination.
- Communicate effectively with workers and management in Hindi.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth work operations.
- Handle basic HR documentation related to PF and ESI.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for joining formalities and compliance.
- Resolve worker issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication in Hindi and basic English/Tamil.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and attendance tracking.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily manpower requirements.
