We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and inspection of inbound shipments, verifying quantities and conditions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for dispatch.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct stock replenishment activities such as stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining order picker operations for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes to support accurate stock records using basic math skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage during shipping & receiving activities.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes.
• Valid forklift certification with experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Experience with warehouse distribution systems such as WMS or AS400 is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently using RF scanners and order picker equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments.
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment involving lifting, loading/unloading freight, and standing for extended periods. Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
