Duties

• Prepare and process outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently with the use of pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, order picking, and inventory management to ensure quick access for order fulfillment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements and update stock records in real-time.
• Ensure proper packaging of products for safe transportation, including wrapping, boxing, and securing pallets for shipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock audits to support accurate inventory levels in line with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers with a focus on order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and other inventory software tools.
• Ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Knowledge of packaging standards and best practices for shipping e-commerce or retail products.
• Familiarity with order picking & packing processes to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
